  • WHEN CAN I REGISTER?
    Registration starts on May 1, 2024 and will officially end on September 8, 2024.
  • IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?
    Registration fees are as follows May 1 - August 8: Php 3000 August 9 - September 7: Php 3500 September 8 - 10: Php 4000 The registration fee is in Philippine currency. Choose from various payment options including Credit Card, Direct Debit, E-Wallets and Retails Outlets. Select the most convenient method for you Convenience fees will be applied.
  • HOW DO I REGISTER?
    STEP 1: Open PSAAI 22nd Annual Convention website: (URL to be updated) STEP 2: Click the REGISTER NOW button and proceed to REGISTRATION and PURCHASE TICKET button after reading reminders. STEP 3: Checkout 1 convention ticket. STEP 4: You will be directed to the REGISTRATION form. Fill-up the following details: - Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial - E-mail Address - Password (create a password to access the PSAAI 21st Annual Convention website) - Contact Number - Profession - Specialty (if applicable) - Sub-specialty (if applicable) - PRC No. (if applicable) - Medical license no. (if unique from PRC no.) - PMA No. (if applicable) - PCP No. (if applicable) Click the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button to submit form. If not automatically directed to payment, scroll down and click Checkout again. STEP 5: Complete registration by PAYING for the ticket. Add your details and click Continue, add country and phone no. and click Place Order, to confirm your ticket order. STEP 6: Choose your preferred payment channel. You may pay through available E-wallets, Debit Card, Retail Outlets and Direct Debit. STEP 7: Congratulations! You are now registered to the annual convention. STEP 8: You will receive a confirmation e-mail with TICKET attachment. SAVE this and/or PRINT a copy for checking in at the venue.
  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY REGISTRATION IS SUCCESSFUL?
    After successful payment, you will be directed to a Thank You page where you can already download ticket. Additionally, a confirmation message with attached ticket will be sent to your email following your successful registration. Do not delete this e-mail and PRINT and/or SAVE your TICKET.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE?
    STEP 1: Kindly check your INBOX for the confirmation email; or STEP 2: Check the SPAM folder. STEP 3: If you have not received the Confirmation Email an hour after submission of Registration and Payment Details, kindly contact the technical support team or you may reach out PSAAI members in your area.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY LOG IN DETAILS AFTER REGISTRATION?
    Yes, you can change your login details. LOG IN to your account. Click the drop-down arrow beside your account picture. Choose MY ACCOUNT. Update your information and click UPDATE INFO.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
    Follow these steps in case you forgot your password: On the convention website, click LOG IN. If directed to the registration page, Click the “ALREADY A MEMBER? Log In” link. In the Log In form, click “LOG IN WITH EMAIL”. Click “FORGOT PASSWORD?” Enter your REGISTERED email address. Kindly check your email for the link to CREATE A NEW PASSWORD. Check the spam folder if necessary.
  • CAN I REFUND MY TICKET?
    Tickets are non-refundable.
  • CAN I REGISTER ON SITE?
    No, walk-ins are not allowed.
  • HOW DO I JOIN THE PLENARY SESSIONS ON THE DAY OF THE CONVENTION?
    This is a face to face convention, so be at the venue: Dusit Thani Hotel Davao City (Map keyword search: dusitD2 Davao). The program will start at 8:00 AM. On the first day (September 9), we advise that you arrive an hour earlier, because you will check-in at the entrance. Checking in is conveniently made by scanning QR code of your ticket. Of course, registration team will assist you in any case. You will also receive a convention badge to complete check in. Always wear the badge whenever you are at the venue.
  • I CANNOT ENTER THE PLENARY SESSION. WHAT DO I DO?
    First, you must be registered to the convention. Second, you have printed and/or saved a copy of your ticket for showing at the venue's entrance. Lastly, make sure you are in the correct venue: Dusit Thani Hotel Davao City (Map keyword search: dusitD2 Davao).
  • HOW LONG MAY I ACCESS THE PLENARY LECTURES AFTER SEPTEMBER 9-10, 2024?
    The plenary lectures will be available starting September 24, 2024 to December 24, 2024. You may click on the ON DEMAND TAB on the convention website to access all the plenary lectures.
  • WHERE CAN I FIND THE FEEDBACK FORM AND QUESTIONNAIRE FORM?
    The link to the feedback form and questionnaire will be announced at the venue during the convention proper. If you haven't answered immediately then, you can access the link through the FEEDBACK/POST TESTS TAB on the convention website.
  • WHEN CAN I ANSWER THE FEEDBACK FORM AND QUESTIONNAIRE?
    The feedback form and questionnaire will only be available from September 10, 2024 - September 12, 2024 (up to 48 hours after the convention).
  • HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY E-CERTIFICATE?
    Certificates of attendance (E-certificates) will be sent to the e-mail address you used to register for this convention. We will release certificates of attendance (E-certificates) on September 17, 2024 ( a week after the convention) To receive your E-certificates, make sure that you are registered to the convention website and you have submitted the feedback form and questionnaire. NO COMPLETED FEEDBACK FORM AND QUESTIONNAIRE, NO E-CERTIFICATES will be given.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY E-CERTIFICATE?
    E-certificates to the Convention Proper will be given upon completion of the following requirements: a. Registration and attendance to the convention b. Completion of the post test and evaluation form on the last day of convention Then, expect your certificate to arrive on September 17, 2024.
  • ARE THERE CPD UNITS?
    Yes. September 8 (pre-convention) PMA - 3 CPD units September 9-10 PCOM - 20 CME units PDS - 7 CME units PMA - 7.5 CPD units Others to be updated.
  • HOW CAN I REQUEST FOR NEW E-CERTIFICATES BECAUSE I ENTERED SOME WRONG INFORMATION (e.g. misspelled name) ?​
    No new certificates shall be issued. Please make sure that you enter the correct spelling of your name before submitting your evaluation forms and post-tests as this is how it will appear in your E-certificates.
  • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE MY E-CERTIFICATES?
    To receive your E-certificates, make sure that you are registered to the convention website and you have submitted the feedback form and questionnaire. NO COMPLETED FEEDBACK FORM AND QUESTIONNAIRE, NO E-CERTIFICATES will be given.
